It answers the messages and books the work. It writes the quote, sends the bill, and chases it when nobody pays. It reads a photo of a messy breaker box and points at what is wrong. It keeps the van stocked. You open it in the morning and see everything that happened while you slept.
The website is the front door. This is what happens after someone walks through it.
